All staff was very helpful and quick to resolve my claim when I was in a panic and needed help. I wouldn't have another insurance agency for my needs. Where its Auto, renters , homeowners or life insurance they are super worth buying from. Great premium rates and when something goes wrong they're on it immediately. "The absolute, without a doubt, worst experience of my life. I lost everything due to state farms negligence to my claim. My claim reps were absolutely horrible!!! I was made fun of,belittled, and taken advantage of, lied to,and blamed for my loss. I was put back in my torn out home with no water because I wasn't able to find a contractor in "their time". I still have not been paid for my personal belongings. They expected me to mitigate on my own , by myself, with no money, remove everything from my house and wash everything. They said that because of this , I would not be paid for anything. My whole life's worth of clothes, gone. My children's clothes, gone, anything that was touching the floor, gone. I begged and begged for help for months only to be told no. It makes me sick to even think about it. GET INSURANCE WITH SOMEONE ELSE. State farm will not help you."
